Pressure Washing (Flat Rate Option) Under 1,000 SQ FT
For surfaces under 1,000 sq ft. is $389.64 Price Includes Labor, Materials & Taxes

Pressure Washing (Flat Rate Option) Under 2,000 SQ FT but Over 1,000 SQ FT
For surfaces under 2,000 sq ft. but over 1,000 sq ft. is $747.25 . Price Includes Labo, Materials & Taxes

Pressure Washing (Hourly Option)
This option is for Pressure Washing Concrete Surfaces "By The Hour". There is a 2 hour minimum @ $125.00 per hour plus tax and a truck roll fee of $50.00 plus tax. Materials not included. Time starts upon arrival and ends upon completion of job. At Minimum, Payment is due at end of job but a $50.00 booking deposit is due upfront to book. Grand Total including taxes for 2 hours is $320.25

Line Jetting
This service include labor and material to jet drain lines starting at $250.00 plus tax for 150 linear foot. Anything over 150 linear foot is $2.50 per foot plus tax. At minimum a $50.00 booking deposit is required and remainder payment is due at end of job. You also have the option to "Pay in full" as well. Grand Total for minimum of 150 linear foot with taxes is $266.88
