BOSS helps businesses manage the complete customer and job lifecycle—from a new lead and estimate through scheduling, field service, invoicing, payment, and customer follow-up.

Core functionality includes customer and lead management, estimates and electronic acceptance, job scheduling and dispatch, employee and vendor portals, work orders, invoices and payment tracking, customer portals, messaging, change orders, job photos and documents, accounting information, reporting, and operational dashboards.

Google Business Profile Integration

BOSS can connect to an authorized user's Google Business Profile through Google's secure OAuth authorization process.

When a business owner chooses to connect their Google Business Profile, BOSS may use authorized Google Business Profile data to provide features such as:

• Viewing connected Business Profile locations

• Viewing customer reviews and ratings

• Identifying reviews that have not received a response

• Managing and publishing authorized review replies

• Displaying review activity inside the BOSS dashboard

• Displaying available Business Profile performance information

Connecting a Google account is optional. BOSS does not require users to provide their Google password. Authorization is handled through Google's OAuth system, and users can revoke access through their Google Account.

Privacy & Security

BOSS is designed to protect customer and business information through authenticated access, role-based permissions, server-side integrations, and other security controls.

Information obtained through Google APIs is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Google API requirements.
