Maintenance Plan Options:

Basic Maintenance Plan

• Price: $50 per month

• Services Included:

  • Quarterly home inspections

  • Changing HVAC filters (4 times a year)

  • Testing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

  • Inspecting and lubricating door hinges and locks

  • Minor plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains)

  • Light bulb replacement

  • Checking and adjusting water heater settings

Standard Maintenance Plan

• Price: $100 per month

• Services Included:

  • Everything in the Basic Maintenance Plan, plus:

  • Bi-monthly home inspections

  • Annual gutter cleaning

  • Inspecting and servicing garage doors and openers

  • Cleaning and sealing grout and caulking in bathrooms and kitchens

  • Power washing exterior surfaces (once a year)

  • Inspecting and maintaining dryer vents

Premium Maintenance Plan

• Price: $150 per month

• Services Included:

  • Everything in the Standard Maintenance Plan, plus:

  • Monthly home inspections

  • Bi-annual HVAC system tune-ups

  • Annual chimney inspection and cleaning

  • Inspecting and repairing fences and decks

  • Window and door weatherstripping

  • Annual interior and exterior painting touch-ups

  • Annual roofing inspection

Terms and Conditions:

• Cancellation Policy: Clients can cancel their subscription with a 30-day written notice.

• Service Area: Maintenance plans are available to clients within North Carolina.

Exclusions: Major repairs or replacements (e.g., roof replacement, major plumbing or electrical work) are not included in the maintenance plans but can be provided at discounted rates for subscribers.
